  I love this place. It's perfect for a high intensity workout when you're pressed for time. The trainers and staff are super nice and engaging and push you to your fullest every round and in between. I've been an athlete all my life and the intensity and fast pace of 9round are perfect for what I need from a workout. They've recently added a heart rate monitor option you can purchase and it posts your max heart rate percentage in the gym which helps motivate you through the whole workout and it even emails you your stats once you leave. Burning between 300-500 calories in 30 short minutes is a satisfying burn! Highly recommend this place
